Champery 4X qualifying

Qualifying wasnt so flash for me......it rained pretty hard for half an hour just before we started, and i made 2 huge mistakes in the really slick clay mud, and as soon as our qualifying started the rain stopped so a fair few guys who came down later and had a drier track went faster, and i ended up in 7th, not very good but also could have been a lot worse, my gates were going good in practice, as long as i relax a bit more on the gate and wait for the beeps rather than try and anticipate them like i was doing at Vigo it'll be sweet, there was definately a few stetchy moves happening in the

Day 1 - Champery - Switzerland WC#2

well it has been an interesting day......Dh is very very....very steep, and filled with a bunch of mega tight, offcamber, rooted and muddy turns, this is by far the hardest dh track ive ever ridden....its real good fun when you get bits right, but it will be very hard to have a clean race run, its not really my style of track, ive never ridden anything like it.....possibly one good thing about it is its very tight and slow so when you do crash its more or less just a plop off the bike, but there are some reasonably fast sections still....
